![]() ![]() If you want to look for other themes that are available, you can click Browse for Themes and work through the user interface there to find what you're looking for. If I want to apply it in the future, I can click the Themes button, and you'll see it here at the top in the new Custom section of the gallery. And then I'll just call this Theme1, and it'll be saved in the Themes folder. And again, we're on the Page Layout tab of the ribbon. If I want to save my changes as a theme, I can click the Themes button. But I'll click Garamond, and there I have it. What's available on your computer might be different based on your installed fonts. ![]() So I'll click Fonts and instead of Calibri and Calibri Light, I will go for, on my system, Garamond. Everything's been applied there, and I'll change the font. On the Page Layout tab, next to Themes, click the Colors control, and then select the colors you want. You can do that by going in to select your own colors and fonts. Now let's say that you're not happy with any of the built-in themes, and you want to create your own. If you don't like the change you just made, you can undo it by pressing Command + Z. We can change themes in excel by navigating to Page Layout. The first set of colors is used in the current theme. Step 2: Under the File tab, the user can view the Theme Colors and Theme Fonts of.
